Cookie Policy
Version 1.1 · Effective 22 June 2026 · English
Version 1.1 | Effective 22 June 2026
1. About this Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Tucana Global, S.L.U. uses cookies and similar technologies on home.paworld365.com. It should be read with the Privacy Notice.
Tucana decides which technologies are used on the website and for what purposes. Cookiebot by Usercentrics provides the consent-management interface and records browser choices, but Tucana remains responsible for its configuration.
2. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small data files stored on or read from a browser or device. Similar technologies include local or session storage, pixels, tags, software-development kits and device identifiers.
They may be used to:
- deliver pages and requested functions;
- maintain a checkout or authenticated session;
- remember a language or cookie choice;
- protect forms and payments from fraud or abuse;
- diagnose errors and improve reliability;
- measure use or performance;
- personalise content; or
- support advertising.
The current PAWorld365 ticket site uses necessary technologies and does not currently enable optional browser-based analytics, advertising or retargeting technologies.
3. Categories
| Category | Purpose | Current consent position |
|---|---|---|
| Necessary | Provide pages and requested services; protect accounts, forms and payments; prevent fraud; maintain technical sessions; remember cookie choices; process checkout. | Used without optional consent only where strictly necessary. |
| Preferences and personalisation | Remember an optional language, display or interface preference and adapt a requested feature. | Used only for a user-requested preference or, where not strictly necessary, after consent. |
| Analytics | Measure visits, navigation, errors and performance using browser identifiers so the website and checkout can be improved. | No optional browser-based analytics technology is currently enabled. If introduced, it will remain off until consent unless law clearly permits an exemption. |
| Marketing | Measure campaigns, build advertising audiences, personalise advertising or track activity across services. | Not currently used. Any future marketing technology will remain off until consent. |
Tucana also performs internal business reporting in Microsoft Fabric using registration, order and Event records. That processing is explained in the Privacy Notice and is not a cookie activity unless browser storage or an online identifier is used for that purpose.
4. Current technology inventory
The inventory below reflects the Cookiebot scan of home.paworld365.com dated 16 June 2026 and the payment and hosting services used by the site. Dynamic technical names may change when a provider updates its service; the Manage cookies panel shows the current browser-level inventory.
| Technology | Provider | Category | Purpose | Storage duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CookieConsent | Tucana / Cookiebot by Usercentrics | Necessary | Stores the browser's consent choices and the version of the consent information so the site can respect and demonstrate those choices. | 1 year |
| cf.turnstile.u | Cloudflare Turnstile | Necessary | Supports anti-bot checks, abuse prevention, form security and protection of registration and checkout functions. | Persistent; retained until the browser storage is cleared or the service replaces or removes it |
| tanstack_router_reload:* session entries | Tucana PAWorld365 application | Necessary | Prevent repeated failed loading of a dynamically imported page and allow the single-page application to recover from a route or deployment error. | Browser session |
| PAWorld365 session and security storage | Tucana / Microsoft Azure | Necessary | Maintains a requested session, protects access, preserves an order journey and supports secure application operation. | Session, unless a longer period is required for a remembered security or account setting |
| Stripe checkout, authentication and fraud-prevention cookies or local storage | Stripe | Necessary | Processes payment, authenticates the transaction, prevents fraud and protects payment services. Exact names depend on the Stripe component and payment method used. | From the session to a maximum of approximately 2 years, depending on the Stripe technology |
| Selected-language storage, where used | Tucana | Necessary or Preferences | Remembers the English or Spanish language selected by the user so that the requested language continues through the site and checkout. | Session or up to 12 months |
Requests for ordinary event images or other static files hosted in Microsoft Azure are content-delivery requests, not advertising pixels. The hosting service may create short-lived server and security logs containing IP address, time and request information, as described in the Privacy Notice.
5. Cookiebot and proof of choice
Cookiebot by Usercentrics A/S:
- presents the consent banner and detailed settings panel;
- stores and communicates the user's choices;
- helps block optional technologies until consent;
- records consent status, timestamp, browser or device information and consent version; and
- supports withdrawal or amendment through the permanent Manage cookies link.
Tucana keeps consent records for as long as reasonably necessary to demonstrate the choice and comply with law. Usercentrics processes the information under its service terms and may also process limited security and compliance information as described in its own privacy documentation.
6. Accepting, rejecting and managing choices
Where optional technologies are offered, the first layer of the consent panel provides equally accessible controls to:
- Accept all;
- Reject all; and
- Manage cookies.
Optional categories are not pre-selected and are not activated before valid consent. Continuing to browse, scrolling or closing the panel is not treated as consent.
The detailed panel allows choices by purpose. Saving a selection with no optional category selected is treated as rejecting optional technologies. Cookie choices are separate from acceptance of ticket terms and from any email-marketing choice.
A permanent Manage cookies link is available in the website footer. It can be used at any time to withdraw or change consent as easily as it was given. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
7. Browser and device controls
A user can also delete or block cookies through browser or device settings. Blocking necessary technologies may prevent checkout, account, security or language functions from working correctly.
Browser controls do not always remove local storage, app storage or server-side account preferences. The Manage cookies panel should therefore be used for site-level choices where available.
8. Stripe payment technology
Stripe is Tucana's payment processor. Stripe may set necessary cookies or similar technologies on embedded payment components or Stripe-hosted pages to authenticate payments, prevent fraud, remember a device and maintain payment security.
These necessary technologies operate when the user chooses to proceed with payment. Tucana does not use Stripe technology on this site for advertising. Stripe may process certain payment, device and fraud information as an independent controller where required for its regulated and security functions, as explained in the Privacy Notice and Stripe's own privacy information.
9. International processing
Tucana, Microsoft, Stripe, Cloudflare, Usercentrics and their approved providers may process technical or consent information in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States or other countries.
Where an international transfer requires a safeguard, Tucana or the relevant provider uses an applicable adequacy decision, recognised data bridge, standard contractual clauses, UK transfer mechanism, certification framework or other lawful safeguard. Further information is available in the Privacy Notice.
10. Retention and renewal of consent
Each technology is retained for the period shown in the current inventory or Manage cookies panel. Session technologies normally end when the browser session ends, although browser behaviour may vary.
Tucana normally asks users to renew optional cookie choices within 12 months and will ask sooner where purposes, providers or technologies materially change. Necessary consent-state storage may remain for the stated period so the website can remember and evidence the choice.
11. Changes to this Policy
Tucana may update this Policy and the inventory when technologies, providers, purposes or law change. The current version and effective date will remain published. A material change affecting optional consent will trigger an updated choice where required.
Questions about cookies or privacy may be sent to privacy@peopleanalyticsworld.com.
