Payment Provider Disclosure
Version 1.1 · Effective 22 June 2026 · English
Version 1.1 | Effective 22 June 2026
1. Seller and payment provider
Tucana Global, S.L.U. is the seller, event organiser and merchant for tickets purchased on home.paworld365.com. The ticket contract is between the Customer and Tucana. In this Disclosure, "Customer" means the person or organisation placing the order, and "Event" means the PAWorld, PAWorld365 or People Analytics World event to which the ticket relates.
Tucana uses Stripe and Stripe's payment partners to process card and other electronic payments. Stripe provides payment-processing, authentication, fraud-prevention, refund and chargeback services. Stripe is not the seller, organiser or provider of the Event.
2. Payment methods, currency and total price
The payment methods available for a particular order are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, currency, device, ticket type and transaction value. A method shown for one order may not be available for another.
Before payment, checkout displays the transaction currency, ticket price, discounts, applicable taxes, mandatory charges and total amount payable. By activating the payment button, the Customer authorises Tucana and Stripe to charge the selected payment method for that total.
The Customer's bank, card issuer or payment account provider may apply currency-conversion, international-transaction, overdraft or other charges that are not imposed or controlled by Tucana.
3. Payment data and authentication
Where Stripe-hosted or Stripe-embedded payment components are used, full card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not intended to be stored by Tucana. Tucana may receive limited payment information such as the payer's name, billing details, payment method type, card brand, masked card digits, expiry information, transaction identifier, authentication result, payment status and fraud or dispute indicators.
Stripe, the card issuer or another payment provider may require additional authentication, including 3-D Secure or an equivalent security step. They may also carry out fraud, sanctions, identity, device and transaction-risk checks. A payment may be declined, delayed, reversed or referred for review by the relevant provider. Tucana does not control an issuer's approval decision.
Customers must not send full card numbers, security codes, passwords or online-banking credentials to Tucana by email, telephone, chat or support form.
4. Authorisation, confirmation and failed payments
A successful payment authorisation or temporary hold does not by itself confirm admission. The ticket contract is formed when Tucana sends the order confirmation to the email address supplied, as described in the Terms and Conditions.
Where an order is not completed, an authorisation hold may remain visible until the bank or payment provider releases it. Release times are controlled by that provider. A Customer who sees an apparent duplicate charge, an unfamiliar PAWorld charge or a payment without a corresponding confirmation should contact support promptly and should not place a duplicate order until the first transaction has been checked.
Tucana may cancel an unpaid or failed order. Where a later payment is required, the Customer must use a payment route supplied or approved by Tucana and must not send card details directly to Tucana personnel.
5. Invoices, tax and billing information
Tucana issues the receipt, invoice or credit note for the ticket. Stripe's payment confirmation is not a substitute for Tucana's tax invoice where an invoice is required.
A Customer purchasing for a business must provide its correct legal name, billing address, tax number and any valid exemption, resale or reverse-charge information before invoicing. Tucana may issue a corrected or additional invoice where tax should have been charged but was not, or where billing or tax information supplied by the Customer was inaccurate or incomplete, in accordance with the Terms and applicable law.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, the ticket-specific terms shown before purchase and mandatory law.
An approved refund is normally returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Tucana will instruct the refund within the period stated in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. The bank, card scheme or payment provider may require additional time to make the credit visible. Tucana does not control that processing time or exchange-rate movements applied by the Customer's provider.
Where the original method is no longer available, Tucana may request reasonable evidence and arrange another lawful method. Tucana will not ask a Customer to provide full card details by email.
7. Payment disputes and chargebacks
A Customer should contact support@peopleanalyticsworld.com before starting a chargeback where reasonably possible. This allows Tucana to identify the order, correct an error and avoid duplicate reimbursement. It does not restrict any valid statutory, card-scheme or payment-provider right.
When a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, Tucana and Stripe may use and disclose relevant records, including the order summary, legal-document versions accepted, confirmation, attendance or access information, refund history and correspondence, to investigate and respond. Tucana may contest a duplicate, inaccurate, fraudulent or abusive claim and may recover any duplicate refund permitted by law.
8. Privacy and international processing
Payment-related personal data are processed as described in the Privacy Notice. Stripe may act as Tucana's processor for payment services and as an independent controller for regulated payment, fraud-prevention, security and legal-compliance activities.
Stripe and its authorised providers may process information in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries using the transfer safeguards described in the Privacy Notice and Stripe's applicable privacy information.
