Support hours are 07:00 to 19:00 Central European time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Madrid. Central European Summer Time applies when in force.
3. Services, event information and prices
Tucana organises professional conferences, meetings, digital programmes and related content services. For each ticket, the Event page and checkout state the Event name, date, start time and time zone, venue or online delivery format, ticket type, principal inclusions, currency, taxes, mandatory charges and total price before payment.
Prices may vary by Event, ticket type, sales phase, availability, month, quantity or valid promotional code. The final order summary displayed immediately before payment is the binding commercial offer, subject to correction of an obvious error and any mandatory tax adjustment permitted by law.
Ticket purchases are governed by the Terms and Conditions, including their participation and conduct provisions, the Refund, Cancellation, Substitution and Event Changes Policy, and any event-specific conditions made available before purchase. These documents can be downloaded, stored and reproduced.
4. Website use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload or compromise the website, its users or its security. You must not:
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, source code, data or payment functions;
- introduce malware, automate abusive requests, evade security measures or interfere with another user's access;
- scrape, extract or reuse website or event data at scale without written permission;
- impersonate another person or submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; or
- use the website in breach of intellectual property, privacy, consumer, competition or other applicable law.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate suspected misuse, comply with law or maintain the service.
5. Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, Tucana owns or licenses the website and its content, including its design, text, graphics, software, databases, event materials, recordings, trade marks and logos. You may view and use the content for personal or internal business purposes connected with evaluating, purchasing or attending an Event.
You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, license, alter, create a competing database from, train an artificial-intelligence model on, or otherwise exploit the website or its content without written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits the use.
PAWorld, PAWorld365, People Analytics World and associated marks are trade marks or trading identifiers of Tucana or its licensors. No use of those marks is permitted in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation without written approval.
6. Availability, accuracy and external services
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate, secure and available. We may need to maintain, update or change it and cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Event information may change in accordance with the Event Registration Terms and Refund Policy. External links and third-party services are provided for convenience. Their content, availability, terms, security and privacy practices are controlled by the relevant third party.

8. Complaints and alternative dispute resolution
Questions or complaints about a purchase should be sent to support@peopleanalyticsworld.com. Please include the order number, Event name and a concise explanation. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and, for consumer complaints, no later than 15 days after receipt.
If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved directly, our written response will identify any accredited alternative dispute resolution entity that Tucana is required or has agreed to use. If none applies, the response will identify at least one accredited entity competent to consider the complaint and state whether Tucana will participate in that procedure. This information will be provided on a durable medium in accordance with applicable law.
Official consumer complaint forms will be available at in-person Events where required by the law of the Event location.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice and use of the website are governed by Spanish law. A consumer retains any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights under the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides. In dealings wholly between businesses, the courts of Barcelona, Spain have exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting either party's right to seek urgent protective relief in another competent court.

We may update this Legal Notice to reflect changes to the website, our services, our contact details or applicable law. The current version and effective date will remain published on this page.
