About this session
An AI-generated answer only helps when it supports a sound workforce decision. Paradigm examines how organisational context, connected data, benchmarks and expert interpretation shape the usefulness of workforce intelligence. Explore the evidence needed to interpret an answer responsibly and recognise when human judgement should challenge or withhold a recommendation.
Learning outcomes
- Identify context missing from an apparently useful AI answer.
- Ask what evidence supports a workforce recommendation.
- Recognise a situation in which human judgement should prevent premature action.
This session will explore
- The organisational context and connected evidence behind a workforce question.
- The role of benchmarks and expert interpretation in assessing an AI-generated answer.
- When human review should challenge or withhold a recommendation.
Context
An answer that sounds plausible may still be unsuitable for a workforce decision. Its usefulness depends on relevant context, credible evidence and a person able to challenge what the answer implies.
