About this session
Employees and managers often know the question but cannot navigate the systems behind an answer. Sunil Meharia explores the development of an AI-assisted knowledge layer: how information sources connect, what repeated testing reveals and how permissions and human checks support reliable self-service. Understand the practical choices and limitations to consider when making workforce information easier to access.
