About this session
The Day 2 opening will recap the decisions and tensions established on Day 1 and introduce the day's focus: how HR and People Analytics should operate, how AI-enabled work should be governed, and what evidence is strong enough to demonstrate business value. It will also explain how the afternoon panels and closing debate will test ownership, accountability and what the field should stop doing.
