About this session

The Snowflake case combines two product patterns: role-specific skills for recurring HR workflows and a shared employee and manager experience that brings together knowledge, data and controlled actions. Matthew Corritore will frame the shift from bespoke analytical delivery to reusable products; Dimple Mehta brings the implementation history behind the skills, agent experience, permissions and workflow design. The key question is not whether an assistant can answer a query. It is how a People Analytics team decides what should become a product, who owns it after launch, how access and guardrails work, and how value is measured beyond usage.

Learning outcomes

  • See what changes when People Analytics owns reusable products.
  • Learn how permissions and product governance become part of the operating model.
  • Apply a measurement approach that moves beyond counting usage.

This session will explore

  • How the team distinguishes a one-off analysis from a reusable skill or product.
  • Two product patterns across role-specific and shared employee/manager experiences.
  • Product ownership, role-based access and row-level permissions.
  • A measurement ladder from eligibility and use towards quality and business effect.

Context

A core Work Design breakout case about a People Analytics function becoming an internal AI product function. It is not a plenary or sponsor session.
