About this session
Jac Fitz-Enz helped establish the idea that workforce and human-capital measures should connect with business outcomes. This conversation looks back at what that movement achieved and where it lost its way. Richard Rosenow will explore which measures genuinely improved decisions, when benchmarks and dashboards became the destination rather than the tool, what quantitative HR tended to miss, and what Jac has changed his mind about. The final section will ask what should be measured differently when productive capacity spans people, technology and AI-supported work. The fireside is followed by audience questions.
