About this session
A global consumer organisation set out to move beyond traditional job architecture and make tasks, skills, capabilities and AI meaningful inputs to HR decisions. The difficult part was not defining another data framework. It was building evidence leaders could trust: aligning thousands of roles, calibrating skills against the external market, establishing proficiency logic, managing review and governance, and connecting the resulting intelligence into downstream talent processes. The session will distinguish directional from definitive evidence, show what proved difficult, and offer a practical framework for turning workforce intelligence from another data layer into an operating foundation for decisions about talent and work.
