About this session
At Providence, People Analytics is moving from supplying reports and intelligence towards a relationship in which leaders increasingly expect a recommendation. That change depends on more than stronger analysis: it requires reliable foundations, governance, alignment with Finance and information-systems partners, and repeated evidence that the team understands the decision behind the request. Gary Russo will examine how credibility accumulates, where it can break, and how lower-complexity questions may eventually be automated without putting hard-won trust at risk. The session is built around one consequential workforce decision and the recommendation behind it.
