About this session
The opening will orient delegates around the event's central proposition: workforce intelligence creates value when it improves a consequential business decision. David Green will explain how the two tracks connect, what delegates should expect from presentations, panels and Decision Rooms, and why the programme repeatedly separates signals, recommendations, decisions, actions and realised outcomes. The aim is to give everyone a common lens for testing the sessions that follow.
