About this session

David Green will use this 10-minute Q&A to connect the two Day 2 keynotes. Questions should test what organisations need to change now, how AI capability should be assessed rather than assumed, what must remain under accountable human judgement, and what evidence is required before a new HR or hiring practice is scaled. The session then transitions directly into the first networking break.

Learning outcomes

  • Connect the future HR operating model to a practical selection decision.
  • Clarify what evidence should count when assessing AI-enabled capability.
  • Identify where human accountability must remain as HR and hiring become more AI-enabled.

This session will explore

  • Audience questions connecting the future HR operating model with immediate talent and capability decisions.
  • Challenge on how AI fluency should be observed, validated and governed.
  • The evidence and human-accountability tests required before practices are scaled.
