About this session
HPE's location challenge is not simply where people live. It is how to balance local business choices with a coherent enterprise view of talent supply, cost, market conditions, risk and strategic importance. Lindsey Taylor's team has assembled a broad set of workforce and market inputs and is using analytical weighting, including AI-supported work, to compare locations and make trade-offs more visible. The session will show how the framework is being built, where executive judgement enters, and what remains unresolved before it becomes a durable operating mechanism.
