In this page, "Customer" means the person or organisation placing an order, "Attendee" means the person registered to attend, and "Event" means a PAWorld, PAWorld365 or People Analytics World event.
2. Support hours and languages
Support hours are 07:00 to 19:00 Central European time, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Madrid. Central European Summer Time applies when in force.
Support is available in English and Spanish. Tucana may use translation assistance for another language, but cannot guarantee immediate support in that language.
3. What customer support can help with
Customer support can assist with:
- order confirmations, tickets and PAWorld365 account access;
- billing details, invoices, receipts and payment queries;
- name corrections, Attendee substitutions and permitted transfers;
- cancellation and refund requests;
- Event dates, venue or online-access information and ticket inclusions;
- accessibility requests, dietary information and reasonable adjustments;
- technical access to Tucana's website, Event app or online Event services;
- suspected duplicate or unfamiliar charges;
- complaints and service feedback; and
- suspected misuse of a ticket or account.
Event programmes, speakers, timings, venue arrangements and online access may change in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Refund and substitution rights are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
4. Information to include
To help us respond, provide where relevant:
- the order number;
- the Event name and date;
- the Customer's name and email address;
- the Attendee's name;
- the invoice number or date and amount of the transaction;
- a concise description of the request or problem; and
- any relevant non-sensitive screenshot or error message.
Do not send full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, identity-document copies or health information unless Tucana has specifically requested the information through an appropriate secure route. Tucana may ask reasonable questions to verify the order, account or authority to make a change.
5. Orders, corrections and substitutions
The Customer can correct information before payment using the checkout controls. After purchase, contact support promptly to correct a spelling, contact or billing error.
A named Attendee may normally be replaced without charge where complete replacement details are received at least two business days before the Event starts (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Madrid), subject to the Refund and Cancellation Policy. A correction or substitution does not automatically change the ticket type, price, Customer or invoice recipient.
6. Payments, refunds and chargebacks
For a missing confirmation, failed payment, apparent duplicate charge or unfamiliar PAWorld transaction, contact support before placing another order or starting a chargeback where reasonably possible. This does not limit a valid legal or card-scheme right.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Tucana will instruct a refund within the applicable policy period, but the Customer's bank or payment provider may need additional time to display it. Further information appears in the Payment Provider Disclosure and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Accessibility and urgent Event issues
An Attendee who needs a reasonable adjustment, communication support, mobility assistance or accommodation for an allergy or dietary requirement should contact support as early as possible. Tucana will consider the request reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
During an in-person Event, urgent access, safety, harassment or welfare concerns should also be reported to the registration desk, Event team, venue security or the contact displayed at the Event. In an emergency, contact the local emergency services first. Customer support is not an emergency service.
8. Privacy requests
Questions about personal data, marketing preferences or the exercise of data-protection rights should be sent to privacy@peopleanalyticsworld.com. The Privacy Notice explains the information normally required to verify and handle a request.
A person may unsubscribe from marketing using the link in a marketing email. Service messages needed to process an order, issue a ticket, communicate an Event change or respond to a request may still be sent.
9. Complaints
A complaint should be sent to support@peopleanalyticsworld.com with the order number, Event name, relevant facts and the outcome requested. Tucana will respond as soon as reasonably possible and, for consumer complaints, no later than 15 days after receipt.
If a consumer complaint remains unresolved, Tucana's written response will provide any alternative dispute resolution information required by applicable law, including any competent accredited entity and whether Tucana will participate in that procedure. A Customer retains any right to contact a payment provider, consumer authority, supervisory authority or competent court.
10. Accessible copies
The website provides the legal and customer-support information in English and Spanish. A Customer who needs a copy in an accessible electronic format should contact support. Tucana will provide a reasonable format where practicable.
